Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Inside Sales Representative with a focus on SaaS to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to build and lead the sales generation engine from scratch. If you have a solid background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of generating qualified sales leads, we'd like to meet you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate 6-8 qualified leads/meetings per week for the sales team using various channels and tools.
- Develop strategies to target ideal customer profiles through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, social gatherings, events, and cold calling.
- Understand prospects needs and craft appropriate messaging for different channels.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and the sales team.
- Report weekly numbers and monthly goals to the manager.
- Regularly update and clean the target list through data mining.
Must-Have:
- Experience generating leads in a SaaS-focused role.
- Knowledge of international markets (North America, Europe, Middle East).
- Background in B2B SaaS, especially with enterprise focus.
Should-Have:
- Ability to contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Skills in identifying prospects needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Experience setting up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Ability to present our company effectively to potential prospects.
- Skills to build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Experience in proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Participation in events (virtual/offline) to generate leads/meetings for the sales team.
