As an Inside Sales Executive at Hotfoot Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales within the Banking, Financial Services, and NBFC (BFSI) sector. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will work closely with large enterprise clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions.
Identify and target key decision-makers within large enterprises in the BFSI sector.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain a deep understanding of Hotfoot's technology solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements and present solutions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
- Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on BFSI industry trends and competitors to position Hotfoot's offerings effectively.- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the BFSI or technology sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
