As an Inside Sales Executive at Altairo, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and building relationships with clients.   • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software. Ensure follow-up and continuous engagement with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use insights to enhance sales strategies and provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless client experiences from initial contact to final delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the luxury furniture or high-end design industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey sophisticated design concepts and product details effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing personalised and attentive service.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of luxury materials and furnishings is a plus. Ability to learn and articulate the unique features and benefits of premium products.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
