Experience : 3 - 5 Years of hands-on experience in the IT Inside Sales domain.
Role Objective : looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth IT sales process. should be able to close IT sales and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source new IT sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close IT sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close IT deals.
- Perform effective online demos to IT prospects.
Skills required for the role :
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
