Charismatic individuals with a passion for sales and a flair for effective communication in English and Kannada. Sales experience is a plus, but a go-getter attitude is non-negotiable!
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software. Familiarity with the art of persuasion and the ability to turn a no into a yes.
Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring product/service offerings to meet those requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Bonus points if you can charm customers not only with your sales pitch but also with a dash of humor and a genuine interest in their needs and concerns.
Roles & Responsibilities
Be the sales virtuoso, engaging potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements and showcase the benefits of Ecosoch solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Leverage your communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
