Urgent hiring for Inside Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their material demands and other queries via email and phone.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material required by clients.- Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of client issues.
Manage and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Be proactive in managing email correspondence and client follow-ups.
Store and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic formats prepare and present reports as needed.- Communicate with clients about any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise.
Requirements and Skills:- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Have experience to handle foreign clients
Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.- Previous experience in a similar role (2 to 4 years) is preferred.
