Key responsibility convert every enquiry into business opportunity.
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post sales service.- Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a pipeline for the business.
Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships.
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients.
Mandatory Experience Required : At least 4 years in Freight Forwarding
