The Inside Sales/Account Manager is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships in the aircraft parts trading industry. The role requires proactive sales follow-ups, issue resolution, and database management.
Qualifications
- Diploma with at least 3-5 years of experience in aircraft parts sales/trading.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders and transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Maintain and update specific customer database information in the system.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential accounts.
- Resolve customer issues and problems promptly and effectively.
- Process RFQs (Requests for Quotation) through customers web portals or emails in a timely manner.
- Monitor quote activity and conduct proactive follow-ups through phone calls and emails.
