Position: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Remote

Incentives: 2 months probation period. After 16 successful enrollments, earn a 10% commission as an incentive

Career Growth: Move out of probation with a pay scale adjustment once you secure 2 sales!

Candidate Preference: MBA candidates are preferred, but all freshers are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students, guiding them through our course offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries with confidence
• Track and manage sales activities through CRM tools

Basic Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
