INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER ENTERPRISE
Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will manage relationships with large Enterprise size clients in the India to grow and maintain their IT business with tech4logic. You will partner with field sellers and technical specialists to sell solutions to meet revenue and margin targets while coordinating resources to ensure your clients receive high quality fulfilment of their products and services needs.

- Proactively developing clients by applying sales methodology, strategically planning and executing development strategies
- Developing a book of business by establishing, expanding, and nurturing relationships with key Client stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers
- Collaborating with key technical and support resources to sell solutions and services to customers.
- Maintaining T4L visions and values in all external and internal interactions.
- Consistently providing exemplary service to all assigned Clients.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or other STEM related field are beneficial and are encouraged to apply
- Practice strategic relationship management for each client and prospect at every level to become a proactive and trusted partner and establish T4L as an extension of the clients IT department
- Be a partner to your clients to help them digitize, reduce their costs, and increase customer satisfaction
- Sales Cadence; consistency in sales cadence including customer interaction / communication, account plans, selling solutions, customer growth
- Business Relationships: confident and able to establish strong relationships with key vendors and partners to support solution selling
- Embrace using a CRM System for strategic pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and a strong ability to learn
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone
Preferred Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience working with / at an IT OEM / Reseller.
- Candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact well with groups, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision
- 1-2 years experience in a solution sales position managing large Enterprise accounts in an inside or remote selling environment
- Experience in dealing with multiple lines of business and the ability to navigate to new decision makers every day
- IT Industry experience specifically selling in any/all of the following solutions
- Products, Solutions, and Services:
- Core IT products and solutions including workplace modernization
- Software and Cloud
- Advanced Technology products including data centres
- Software and Hardware Renewals
Technology Requirements
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft suite applications
- Previous experience with a CRM such as Microsoft CRM or Salesforce.com
