Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inpatient Coder at SourceHOV in Chennai. The Inpatient Coder will be responsible for assigning appropriate medical codes to patient records for billing and data analysis purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience, RHIT, and Health Information Management skills
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Medical Coding
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems
• Certification in Medical Coding or related field is a plus
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
