• Communication with clients / Employer / Sales Head about project, events, customer complaints
• Collaborating with clients or employer, finance team and other team members regarding order.
• Budgeting and allocation funds
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries from clients
• Create, compile and export data base containing all information for sales marketing events or day to day reports
• Process and files invoices from vendors
• Answer potential clients questions about facility and amenities.
