Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• Working on analytics for company's growth based on current and future markets
• identifies product improvements or new products based on feedback from industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Prepare Sales report by analyzing and summarizing information
• Record sales and order information and report the same to the Concem departments, and maintain customer's record
• Promotion of products, call management etc.
• Interpreting and Coordinating customer requirements to respective Dept
• Lead generation, cold calling, dispatch planning, & payment collection, sales through recovery activities
• Activities like receiving enquiry, technical query handling, jquotation, commercial negotiation for finalising and closing orders
• Communication regarding order forecasting with production and purchase team
