Infrastructure Operations Engineer
What You Can Expect
As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer you are responsible for the physical and operational maintenance of Zoom's data centers. This includes monitoring systems, handling server and network equipment. Managing power and cooling systems, and ensuring physical security, specific to overall functioning of the data center infrastructure.

The team manages the infrastructure that runs Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Workforce management. By employing robust operational strategies, they guarantee the stability and security of Zoom's infrastructure, allowing millions of users worldwide to connect effortlessly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Data Center Colocation infrastructure (Junior- Mid level)
- Require scripting experience (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PHP, PERL, Ruby, etc.)
- Experience with JIRA ticketing system
- Experience working with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
