We are looking for an Digital Analyst, Infrastructure Management who will be involves leading regional strategic projects, configuring and implementing innovative solutions, and collaborating with Digital Infrastructure and Operations teams.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supporting, installing, and configuring appropriate systems listed below:
- Hypervisor Management (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Azure Virtual Compute
- Server Patching (Microsoft Arc)
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Server Hardware
- Capacity Planning & Monitoring
- Storage Management
- Local Physical Backups
- Server Operating Systems
- Core Services (DNS/DHCP/Active Directory Domain Services)
- Infrastructure Password Compliance (Keeper)
- Vulnerability Remediation
- Printing Systems & Middleware Integration
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Management
- Microsoft/VMware Administration or Engineer-level certifications required.
- Advanced Microsoft/VMware or similar industry certifications are advantageous.
- Strong focus on process and internal customer satisfaction.
- Proven project management skills, with experience utilizing tools and methodologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies in relevant areas.
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in collaborating within a global enterprise with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated focus on infrastructure security best practices.
- Experience leading and contributing to infrastructure projects within a fast-paced, acquisition-focused culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex infrastructure integrations, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure that the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of global infrastructure are maintained and continually improved.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through monitoring platforms, service desk, and vendor-generated tickets in line with established SLAs.
- Serve as a liaison between end users and IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles.
- Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors.
- Participate in IT strategic planning processes and address service needs.
- Work with minimal supervision within global virtual teams, adhering to instructions to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Work within global time zones, including off-hours support and weekend on-call status as required.
- Be open to potential global travel, up to 10%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
