Job responsibilities
- Applies technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensures end to end monitoring of applications
- Resolves most nuances and determines appropriate escalation path
- Executes conventional approaches to build or break down technical problems
- Drives the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications
- Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses
- Considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
- Accumulate7+ years in IT, focusing on video conferencing technologies like Telepresence, Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Contact Express, and Zoom.
- Demonstratestrong expertise in Video/Voice/Audio/Web Conference Solutions, including Cisco Call Manager, Zoom, Adobe Connect, and Cisco WebEx.
- Exhibitin-depth understanding of Voice/Video/Unified Communications Product Line.
- Experiencein creating, reviewing, and managing technical and process documentation.
- Translatetechnical and non-technical lexicon, bridging technical resources and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficientin at least one programming language, including Python.
- UtilizeIncident/Problem Management systems like ServiceNow and Remedy.
- Communicateeffectively with team and stakeholders for strategic alignment.
- Possessknowledge of enterprise computing and server infrastructure, including Virtual Machines and SQL Databases.
