- The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Consulting will be part of the Global Cloud team and responsible for delivering designing and setting up environments that meets up to the specification of the business and the customers as per the need
- The Consultant plays a key role within the process of making sure that we build infrastructure solutions that are stable, secure, and futureproof
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor or masters degree
- 3+ years of Infrastructure experience

- Requirements gathering sessions to understand a customer s unique infrastructure requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Requirements gathering sessions to understand a customer s unique infrastructure requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Providing infrastructure requirements to support customer solutions on Azure or Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Provide consulting expertise and recommendations using best practices to clients to support new solutions.
- Participate in project/solution estimation and planning to support Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers.
- Respond to customer concerns as an integral part of project teams as required.
- Maintain certifications and participate in training opportunities, periodically attend local technology focused user groups.
- Provide infrastructure leadership and act as a key subject matter expert for infrastructure as it relates to Dynamics 365, Azure.
- Ability to self-start in a complex and diverse technical environment.
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and proactively reaching out to cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment is critical.
- Being responsive to customers requests, engaging in listening and aligning expectations within project framework.
