- Level 2 (L2) Server Support Team for 2+ years, or equivalent.
- Exposure & skill in managing AWS Cloud Environment & Hybrid Environments
- Ansible Exposure
- Familiar with activities like Patching, Upgrades, Migration, Refresh, etc.
- ITIL framework. Change, Incident (RCA) & Problem Management-related activities.
