.Experience in working with multiple customers in handling Transformation projects (Data Center and cloud) (preferred experience in Microsoft based technologies)
.Represent TCS in front of the customer and be a single point of contact for all architecture related topics involved in.
.Understand customer landscape and processes.
.Guide Projects and Operational teams in design and implementation of technical solutions that is aligned to customer processes and principles.
.Be a role model / mentor to projects and Operations teams.
.Conduct deep dive technology sessions, whiteboarding to projects and Operations teams.
.Coordinate with TCS internal Centre of Excellence (COEs) as a part of continuous engagement during projects/operations phase.
