Job Title: Infosec Governance and Compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain information security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Identify, assess, and manage information security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver training programs on security policies and compliance requirements for employees.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls and compliance initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security regulations and best practices.
Required Skills
- Experience with security assessment tools and risk management software.
- Familiarity with cloud security and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience in a compliance or audit role is a plus.
