Responsibilities/ Skillsets:
- Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and Patching of Windows OS and 3rd party software. Experience of Software Deployment tools: WSUS/ SCCM/ or similar and Desktop Imaging tool
- Troubleshooting Printer, Scanner, Plotter, Audio-Video conference related issues.
- Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents (with-in SLA) reported by the users via IT ServiceDesk ticketing tool, telephone, chat, email.
- Awareness of IT Service Management Ticking Tool and Global Shared Service concept.
- Experience in Network Cabling, VLAN, Wireless, IP Telephony, VPN and troubleshoot related issues.
- Experience in maintaining IT Asset (allocation, tracking, AMCs and Preventive Maintenance, disposal)
- Basic Awareness of Active Directory, Domain-Workgroup concepts, DNS-DHCP, Email and its Archiving concepts
- Basic Document Writing skills for preparing SOPs
- Vendor Escalation and Tracking of Support Ticket logged with them
- Excellent communication fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Excellent in Problem Solving skill
- Ability to work as individual team player and to support big task as teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or Diploma, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in IT ServiceDesk support.
