Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Mumbai. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and offering help desk support to employees and customers. The role will also involve collaborating with the team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience with desktop computers and information technology
• Help Desk Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the broadcast industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in Information Technology or related field
