We are hiring for IT Support Engineer L3
Location Chennai
Experience 4 to 10 years
Job description:
Engineer's Primary responsible is handle all server operations.
Responsible for Complete IT Operations.
Responsible for Azure Operations and backups.
Responsible for US/UK/Singapore Group Companies Supports and checklists.
Should have ability to handle multi-site support.
Engineer may assign direct assignments to L1L2Network Engineers with information given to TL.
Engineer should inherit all the Responsible from L1 and L2 Level activities also.
He Should aware and report to Team leader about daily activities about IT Operations on daily basis.
Engineer primary responsible is handle all server level issues.
Engineer is responsible for implementation/Migrations and R&D on Server Side.
Engineer is responsible for day to day Checklists according to their Shifts.
Engineer may get direct assignments from L3 Engineer/Team Leader and IT Head.
Engineer responsible for the SSAE-18 tasks, need to complete on time without deviations.
Technologies and Skills required Primary - Windows Server 2019 and older, Hyper-V, EXCHANGE, AD, DNS, DHCP, RDP, IIS, FILE Server, Print Server, WSUS, 0365, Azure, LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP, Linux, RAID, PowerShell.
Optional Vmware, AWS , SQL and Mongo DB Server Management ,Apple Products , Firewall, Switching and VLAN.
