We are currently looking for IT Support Engineers with the qualified Job Description. Job Summary: Evaluate and recommend server and network software and hardware technologies and products. Recommend and perform upgrades and installs Support and maintain data center and all associated systems to include servers, switches, back-up power, security, and VoIP systems. access, and network access. Maintain network server environments for such functions as email, file services, print services, internet services, etc.. Develop user account administration procedures including username selection, group names, access group numbers, menu Maintain and develop systems and network documentation. Provide technical support for business applications programming and operations personnel, facilities personnel (cable installation), and software/hardware vendors. Maintain a working knowledge of local and wide area networks including networking protocol such as TCP/IP. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server and network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Maintain multiple Operating systems such as Unix, Linux, and Windows. Independently diagnose and resolve server OS and application and operating system problems as they arise. Maintain mission-critical software applications such as Database, e-mail, and Storage Area Network support. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the disaster recovery procedures. Proactively research and recommend new IT solutions. Document procedures and communicate changes with appropriate change control procedures. Analyze, acquire, install, modify and support operating systems, utilities and internet/intranet-related tools. Assist in the development of operational procedures and makes recommendations. Maintain SAN, NAS & Unified hardware and administration of data presentations and delivery. Configure and maintain backup support to the Applications Server Administrator for System Administration. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications knowledge of operating system boot process Candidate must have a good understanding of the Windows operating system. Linux and OS X knowledge and Good Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7/8/10 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016. Configuration of Data Storage devices, like SAN/NAS and Unified Storage. Must have knowledge of FC/iSCSI/CIFS/NFS/SMBA Protocols. Configuring all RAID levels and LUN / Volume creation etc Must have knowledge on LTO Backup like Tape Libraries/ Autoloaders etc applications.
