We have a open position for IT support Engineer.
Location: Oragadam, Chennai.
Experiance : 3+ Years
Job Description:
IT support Engineer to handle all high lever Management, and VIP. (5 days WFO)
3+ years of experience in s/w and h/w configuration and VIP support. (must handle I-phone and I-Pad)
Technical skill:
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft products like Windows, MS Office and Outlook
- Must have experience to handle iPhone, iPad Gadgets issues (mail configuration, MS teams)
- Basic M365 Suit Knowledge
- Blue screen issue, storage issue etc
- To analyze the hardware issues and to rectify the same with the help of vendor.
- To support in setting up the meeting rooms for Video conferences and other Presentations Connectivity
- AV setup support for Town hall Meetings (large scale of 200 users)
- Basic Knowledge of networking
- knowledge in handling the collaboration tools like Cisco Webex , MS Teams etc
- Video Conferencing equipment Product Knowledges from the connectivity perspective (Polycom, Cisco)
Soft kill and personality:
- Good written and oral English Communication. (+Hindi Lang Preference)
- Pleasant personality and confidence to company high level Management meetings.
- Vendor Coordination and Management
- 3+ yrs. of experience
