About the Role - Jr. IT Engineer
Responsibilities -
- Hardware maintenance (Desktop , Printer & Laptop etc)
- SERVER Related Activity:
- Daily Complete Data Backup Monitoring & Copying on External USB HDD
- Maintenance of Hardware Part
- Folders Access Permission to User
- New User Creations in Server
- AMC Renewal (IBM/DELL)
- Hardware Part Case logging to Vendor (IBM, DELL, HP)
- Mobile & Landline:
- New Connection arrangement to new users
- Resolve Vodafone network issues
- Submitting Mobile bill sheet to accounts Dept. including deductions of additional use of data/calls
- Landline Phone Cabling Work Arrange Labour & Material
- Network functioning (switches , cables , racks etc etc)
- video conferencing support (zoom, tv, connectivity)
- Internet connectivity troubleshooting and support
- Antivirus installation & support
Qualifications - Any Graduate
