Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hardware, software, and network installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions tailored to our business needs.
- Collaborate with third-party developers and vendors to integrate external systems and APIs.
- Manage the lifecycle of applications from initial concept through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to employees and drivers, promptly addressing hardware and software issues.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansions, and software implementations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the companys overall business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in IT management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in network administration, software development, and cybersecurity.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, mobile application development, and IT compliance standards.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar IT management frameworks is a plus.
