Job Role - Associate/Sr Associate IT
Location - Noida Pegasus (sector 68)
Requirement - 60% travelling included Pan India
CTC - 5LPA + travelling reimbursement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades on IT hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues, such as bandwidth bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Provide technical support to staff, identifying hardware and network problems and providing timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, hardware failures, and performance problems.
- Manage and escalate critical issues to relevant vendors or support teams when necessary.
- Prepare reports on IT hardware inventory, network uptime, and system performance for management.
- Collaborate with other IT staff, vendors, and departments to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualification: Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, networks, or a related field.
Maximum: Master's degree in science, networks, or a related field. Network
certifications preferred. Minimum - CCNA and good is CCNP Years of Work
Experience: 2- 4years, in Azure Active Directory O365 admin and intune management
