- 10+ years of experience in ITSM

- ITIL Practice Manager (PM) certification

- Hands-on experience configuring IT Service Management Tools such as ServiceNow IT Service Management, SolarWinds Service Desk, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk Plus, and CA Service Desk Manager.
