Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 7 to 12 years
Location: Pune (Work-From-Office)
Responsibilities:
- Handling the complete Sales process from initial discussion to negotiations, closures, and focus on achieving the targets defined and assigned.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales activity of the assigned domains.
- Responsible for supporting the business development team in putting together compelling in response to RFPs
- Develop a detailed proposal response plan, outlining the proposal structure, content and deadlines for contributors.
- Responsible for bringing industry/vertical-specific expertise into the documents and validating from the technical team.
- Understand customer needs and make presentations addressing the requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining the database of prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Work proactively with different stakeholders, the pre-sales team, and with reporting manager.
- Grow effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging software technologies.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Experience working in domains such as IoT, Healthcare, Collaboration, Fintech, etc will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience preferably in Software Industry
- Any graduate (preferably computer science), BSC Com, BCS, BCA, BE
- MBA must have.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing technique
