Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in the Banking, Fintech, and IT Network sectors to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment, specifically within the Banking, Fintech, and IT Network domains.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the recruitment industry, specifically within Banking, Fintech, and IT Network domains.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of roles, technologies, and industry trends in the Banking, Fintech, and IT Network sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
