Title: Jr Bench Sale Recruiter
Location: Remote
Experience - Minimum 06 Months
Shift time: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST
Expected joining period: Immediate to 1 week.
Recurring Incentives based on the placements and performance.
Requirement:
- Min 01 year experience in Recruitment OR Call Center OR Any Industry.
- Any bachelor's degree is Required.
- Ability to Complete Daily, Weekly tasks and Goals.
- Should have Experience/Knowledge in the Sales Life Cycle.
- Understanding of different types of visas like H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s
- Posting the Resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals.
- Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company.
- Maintained track progress of every submittal during the process.
- Coordinating with the consultants regarding the start and end dates of projects.
- Maintained the database of rolled-off consultants, getting their resumes ready and keeping track of contract details such as project extensions and start and end dates for existing resources.
- Maintained daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
- Ability to work with bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
Skills
- Excellent Communication, analysis, and Listening Skills
- Ability to search requirements from job boards and submit the Resume.
- Interacting with Candidates, Vendors and implementing partner
- Checking with the consultant's comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements.
- Excellent Networking and Presentation Skills
- Min 3 years of experience in MS Word and Excel
- Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls.
- Excellent Follow-up skills.
- Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
- Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews
