Information Technology Recruiter

Job Description:

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top IT talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs and will utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Source potential candidates from job portals and other relevant platforms.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes effectively.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and qualifications.
• Conduct interviews using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintaining trackers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with the panel once their profiles are shortlisted.
• Negotiate with and convince candidates to accept offers and join the company on short notice.
• Provide end-to-end follow-up with candidates from shortlisting for interviews to joining the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (scrum, java etc.)

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
