Information Technology Project Manager

Job brief

We are seeking a results-driven project manager to lead the development of our company's multiple solutions. You will be collaborating with our IT team on the solution conceptualization, guide the team through the product development stages, and oversee the live deployment of our solutions.

To ensure success as a project manager, you should possess some experience in admin console/dashboard design/data analytics solutions/IOT based solutions, mobile application and the ability to lead project development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the dashboard and mobile applications desired appearance and functionalities

Conceptualizing the dashboards design process and leading the IT development team

Conceptualizing the mobile application design process and leading the IT development team will be plus

Developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces

Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget

Documenting development processes and procedures

Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing product demonstrations

Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Be responsible for benefits realisation, and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible

Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality

Technical skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar.

A minimum of 2 years experience in project management.

Experience of working on projects that have involved the introduction of new ways of working / processes / methodologies into a business

Highly proficient in Project Management principles, methods, techniques and tools

Advance proficiency in programming languages and libraries, such as javascript, nodejs, react.

Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to projects.

Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong supplier & people management skills

Experience of working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organisations will be plus

Experience of innovation initiatives will be plus

IOT industry experience will be plus
