Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Manager to lead our development team and ensure continuous improvement and innovation of our platform. This role involves strategic planning, overseeing technical projects, and implementing best practices to drive technological excellence. The Technology Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to align technical initiatives with our business goals, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure the platform's stability and scalability. Additionally, the Technology Manager will mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technical strategy.
• Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of our platform using Flutter for frontend, PHP with Laravel framework for backend, and MySQL for database.
• Lead and mentor the technical team to ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the platform as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a senior technical role with a strong background in Flutter, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of Java, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
