Job Description
The job incumbent manages all IT operations within a country. Ensures the proper and adequate service for all local departments on all IT relevant issues.
Main Tasks
- Ensure the constant availability of the IT environment and services; plan, organize and improve the necessary end-user equipment according to the local business needs and the company standards
- Coordinate all necessary activities with the local data line and telephone providers; manage all telecommunication systems
- Ensure the proper network and server availability and security, supervise the central IT services
- Ensure the local helpdesk operations and first-level IT support in accordance with the local requirements
- Initiate appropriate the second level support procedures and resolve issues in the context of escalation management
- Ensure the local information security, data protection and data confidentiality
- If applicable: Act as SAP Location Officer
Your Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Rollout of new Business Units and maintenance of existing Business Units.
- Extensive knowledge of integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems like Sales Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.
- Create and maintain new email templates, content blocks etc.
- Use AMPscript for personalization and solutions implementation.
- Use SQL for creating and managing SQL activities in Automation Studio.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business needs.
- Perform data management tasks, including data imports, segmentation, and cleansing.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Create and Implement integration solutions involving APIs like real time messaging.
- Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
- Create scripts using SSJS.
- Follow AGILE methodology.
