We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Director to oversee our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 2-12 years of experience in the Indian job market and possess a strong understanding of current technologies and trends. They must be able to lead a team of IT professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and applications
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems
• Manage the organization's IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the Indian job market
• Strong knowledge of current technologies and trends in IT
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects
• Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and make strategic decisions
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
• Certifications in relevant areas such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
