Job Description
We are looking for a systems engineer to enhance, automate and support SaaS applications according to the business needs. Work on information systems integration and preferably lead the IT governance activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand their requirements and effectively translate them into solutions while managing their needs related to applications and new functionalities.
- Map, improve, streamline, and automate processes across applications.
- Identify, evaluate, select, and implement technologies, by managing Projects E2E.
- Manage and communicate system changes.
- Serve as a gate keeper for the organization information systems.
- Support users with their day-to-day work on the Information Systems with respect to permissions, reports, dashboards, data management and training.
- Document information systems configuration and administrative processes.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems.
- Manage external vendors to develop the business requirements.
- Preferably - IT governance & compliance:
- Lead audit activities, collect and supply evidence, as needed for ISO 27001, SOC2, Sox (ITGC) etc.
- Evaluate and develop Information Security standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in managing SaaS Information Systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate processes and IT tools to provide creative solutions.
- Ability to work as part of a global environment.
- Experience with managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
