Information Security Engineer required for Security Infrastructure Management team, possessing subject matter expertise in designing, deploying in operationalization of security tool DLP.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage DLP policies and other advanced settings.
- Perform independent assignments in the troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, problem resolution.
- Ensure the up time and response time SLAs/OLAs for services are met and or exceeded.
- Independently identify key issues, patterns and deviations during analysis.
- Create, maintain and update documentation of detailed design documents, diagrams, SOPs.
- Actively collaborate with fellow members of the team and contractors/vendors on bridge calls to prevent or resolve incidents.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Info Security/Security tools operations.
- Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels. Experience in designing and deploying DLP is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience supporting DLP in large environments is required.
- Experience in any security tools administration - Zscaler, UEBA/SIM, Fireeye,IEF is desirable.
- Experience in using enterprise ITSM tool(service-now) and meeting SLA s.
