About The Role
In this opportunity as
Information Security Analyst, you will be part of Information security and Compliance team within AEM performs a key role in responding to all Information Security customer risk assessments. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of Thomson Reuters through customer requests and assist our customers understand the Security posture of the products that they procure. You will collaborate with domain experts, peers, and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise to provide assurance and advisory services to our customers.
Key Job Responsibilities -
Implementation
- Operate as a key contributor to Information Security for Customer Assurance and Advisory Services.
- Collaborate with domain experts, peers, and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise to ensure the security and integrity of customer data and systems.
- Respond to customer assurance questionnaires and RFPs, providing accurate and timely information regarding our security practices and controls.
- Participate as a member of the Information Customer Security and compliance team, contributing to the implementation of the team goals.
- Contribute to and achieve business and team goals and objectives, ensuring that security assurance processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Deliver processes and services consistently and accurately, ensuring that customer assurance requirements are met and exceeded.
Collaboration
- Work with different teams within Thomson Reuters (development, support, pre-sales, propositions, sales) collaboratively for RFP and customer engagements.
Key Deliverables: -
- Deliver successfully within scope of the role.
- Achieve on utilization KPI targets.
- Manage key stakeholders and strive to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to other groups within TR (pre-sales, sales, customer support, technology and product dev teams)
- Contribute to Practice / Competency building initiatives.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Information Security Analyst if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology and / or Business Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
- No prior experience mandatory but good to have.
- Relevant exposure to industry domain is a plus.
- Competent with all Microsoft Office applications
- Detail oriented, good planning and organization skills, time management
- Experience working in and collaborating with a globally distributed team environment.
- Hands on problem solver, analytical and presentation skills.
- Possess a positive learning attitude.
