Are you an Infor Workbrain whiz passionate about streamlining workforce management
We're seeking a skilled Infor Workbrain Developer to join for contract-to-hire role! This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in India while leveraging your expertise to optimize client Workbrain configurations.
Here's what you'll do:
>Lead or participate in implementing and configuring Infor WFM (Workbrain) versions 2022 and 230424, tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
>Demonstrate a solid understanding of core Workbrain modules, including Time and Attendance, Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization, and more.
>Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient system configurations.
>Develop custom reports, interfaces, and integrations to seamlessly connect Workbrain with other enterprise systems.
>Analyze existing custom code, document its behavior, and utilize this information during future requirement gathering phases.
>Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth transition, creating detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for their approval.
>Possess a comprehensive understanding of the full Infor Workbrain implementation and/or upgrade lifecycle.
What you bring to the table:
>3+ years of experience as an Infor Workbrain Developer or Techno Functional Consultant.
>Proven experience leading and/or participating in successful Workbrain implementations and configurations.
>In-depth knowledge of core Workbrain functionalities.
>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
>A problem-solving mindset with a knack for developing creative solutions.
Bonus points for:
>Experience developing custom reports and integrations.
>Experience with test case creation and execution.
