Work on the projects to implement industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency using our ERP and its surrounding suite of components.
- Add value to customer projects by using the know-how about Infor solutions and
- implementations derived from practical experiences
- Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and go live processes relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor project team
- Act as an advisor to customers regarding best practices and how to configure their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more efficient
- Design and configure efficient client business solutions
- Develop and execute test plans
- Perform testing of software configurations and customer solutions
- Provide training to client's key and end users
- Skills, experience and attributes required:
- Business process knowledge in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain , Sales and Distribution & Master Data Mgmt.
- Experience on implementing at least 2 M3 projects using SWB (Scheduler work bench).
- Implementation and consulting experience on M3 Cloud and M3 On-Prem solutions.
- Able to understand customer requirement/expectations to implement SWB (Scheduler work bench).
- Able to implement, validate, configure SWB (Scheduler work bench) with Infor M3 solution.
- Ability to implement, demonstrate SWB (Scheduler work bench) capabilities with Infor M3 solution.
- Excellent working knowledge with Infor M3 in a client facing role through various projects
