Position Overview

This position offers an excellent opportunity for InforLN functional experts to gain hands-on experience and further develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

The position is in our Product Development team and involves creating or refining product specifications, software specifications, and process mapping/blueprinting, including mapping business requirements with software products.

The incumbent's day-to-day responsibilities will be a mix of solution design, product development, solution testing, product demonstration, customer support, and key user training.

The role may require working from the office and flexibility to occasionally work in the time zone of our US-based client base.

Required Skills & Education

• ERP functional experts from Warehousing & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains, with experience in implementation and customer support.
• Experience in at least one full cycle of an ERP implementation, with a minimum of two years (preferably three years or more) in a standard ERP (InforLN preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: MBA, preferably with Operations/Supply Chain specialization.

Experience: 3-6 years (exceptional candidates with 2 years of experience will also be considered).
