Job Description

Job Title: Infor LN Functional Consultant

Duration: 1 Year+

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida

Client: US-based (Willing to work in US shifts)

Functional Area for Infor LN - Procurement, Sales, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Planning.

Role Description

  • Assisting and guiding the functional consultants to resolve escalated incidents
  • Root Cause Analysis of the recurring Incidents and issues
  • Implement process improvement techniques for critical business processes
  • Co-ordinate with Infor for the bugs/issues in standard functionalities
