Responsibilities

• Respond to influencer inquiries via Freshdesk email in a timely and professional manner;
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution;
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and address concerns based on influencer feedback and raised tickets;
• Stay informed about ongoing campaigns to effectively assist influencers and achieve desired success.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn;
• Skilled in both spoken and written communication in English.
