Ideating & executing campaigns end to - end including managing, monitoring and reporting.
Proactively research, identify & build relationships with relevant influencers across the spectrum.
Manage influencer collaborations and agencies, including contract negotiations, content guidance & communication.
Stay up to date with the on the latest influencer marketing trends & emerging platforms to drive innovation.
Coordinating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
Come up with new campaign ideas & initiate cross brand collaborations.
Manage campaign budgets, ensure cost optimization, manage creator payments and finance process involved.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduation
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
Agency background is an addition.
Must have good network of influencers and worked with beauty brands earlier.
Have handled influencer campaigns right from influencer scouting to campaign execution & reports, is inquisitive about social media & keeps a check on the ongoing trends.
Hands on experience with IG & YT both and worked across different influencer tiers - Macro, Micro & Nano.
