We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and the ability to create and execute effective influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Identify and engage with key influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create comprehensive campaign plans, including goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Influencer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
- Ensure influencers align with brand values and messaging.
Content Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and authentic content.
- Coordinate content production, ensuring it meets brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers throughout the content creation process.
Campaign Execution & Monitoring
- Launch and manage influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product, to align influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with advertising and disclosure regulations.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Influencity).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
