About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and spearhead our influencer marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and managing influencers across various tiers (micro, nano, and macro) to amplify our brand message and reach our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand objectives and target audience demographics.

* Source and identify suitable influencers based on their relevance, engagement metrics, and alignment with our brand values.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term collaborations.

* Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including campaign terms, fees, and deliverables.

* Develop creative campaign briefs and content guidelines for influencers to ensure consistency with our brand messaging.

* Track and measure influencer campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide detailed reports and analysis.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices to optimize our campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in influencer marketing with a successful track record of managing campaigns across different influencer tiers.

* Excellent understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing metrics.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

* Creative and strategic thinking ability to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.

* Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and project management software.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the industry is a plus.

* Knowledge of content creation and editing tools.

* Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or platforms.
