Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy Development :

1. Create and execute influencer marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.

2. Design a diverse set of campaigns across different genres, ensuring relevance to target audiences.

Client Collaboration :

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and goals are incorporated into campaigns.

2. Participate in client brief calls to understand campaign requirements and expectations.

3. Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, and results.

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

1. Research and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.

2. Build strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaborations.

Campaign Execution :

1. Coordinate with influencers for content creation, approval, and posting schedules.

2. Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, on time, and meet client expectations.

Content Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.

2. Work with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across deliverables.

Performance Analysis :

1. Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.

2. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Trend Monitoring:

1. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging influencers.

2. Suggest innovative approaches to influencer marketing.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
