- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to meet brand objectives and goals.
- Identify and recruit influencers who align with the brands values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, social media, PR, and creative to develop integrated influencer campaigns.
- Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for influencers, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate influencer marketing strategies.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including payments, product gifting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and other relevant regulations governing influencer marketing.
- Assist in the development of influencer marketing budgets and forecasts.
